Wonderful

Breakfast is excellent Dinner is good but not so many choice outside hotel. We use the okinawa restaurant and food is good but can be crowded. Driving to nago for dinner with rental car takes 30 minutes and road quite dark. Room is large and clean. Swimming pool both indoor and outdoor are good. Beach is great and sand is good quality. We swim 2x in 5 days and sea water very fresh. Not many people use the beach. I did not play golf. Like driving aroung with the cart provided. I have an autistic boy and elderly in laws and my family of 6 stay in 3 rooms. Rooms are large and comfortable. Nice balcony. They seem to all enjoy the stay. my boy seems to like the beach, okinawa restaurant, shops, cart, and swimming pool. Staff are accomadative and pleasant. Resort not crowded.

Location a bit remote but that was understandable with the larger ground and location of the resort. I have stay in many resorts in Okinawa before over the years. This resort is among the best in quality facilities and price.

Sadly very rainy so didn’t make the best of the hotel

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. It rained the whole weekend of our stay. We found there were not many places around the hotel where we could relax and have a coffee/drink and maybe play cards. ( we were an all adult party). Something I think would be a nice addition. The weather certainly meant we were not able to fully enjoy the hotel’s facilities.

Everything was an additional charge. Whilst it was a bit frustrating we thankfully did not have young kids who would constantly be asking for things.

Luxury in Okinawa!

The breakfast was amazing! We really enjoyed driving around on the property and seeing all its amenities. We are excited to return in peak season + after covid and really get a sense of everything it has to offer! The room was amazing - very clean and extremely spacious. The pools were a little chilly (beginning of April) but the locations were absolutely stunning.

A lot of amenities are available for an additional fee. The resort area is extremely large. We paid $50 for a golf cart for 24 hours, though you could ride a shuttle for free. The golf cart was a overpriced in our opinion, and when we return we plan just to make use of the shuttle.

Beautiful experience in a lovely location.

Switching on ceremony

There needs to be more preparation for the switching on ceremony. After we reserved the ceremony I wish that I would have gotten a follow up email with more details. I wouldn’t want the surprises to be revealed, but it is too stressful to wait until 15 minutes before. Also, a cart rental should be included in the package.

Great resort

The staff are amazing. They made everything so easy and accessible. They were attentive and quick to respond to our needs. I also like that the room card works as a credit card during our stay. It made the check out so much more easier. All in all, worth it to go back to. This is a family friendly hotel. You can almost find everything here so no need to go out of the hotel to eat or what not. Pools were so nice too. T, one of the staff was really helpful.

Limited food options for the room service. When we were having dinner at their bbq restaurant, the bugs just swarmed all over the place and it was really inconvenient.

Wonderful

very, very nice hotel I feel like the property itself looks much better than it has been marketed . there are four of buildings, so depends on your choice of room type. some rooms are bigger. Some rooms are smaller some face the ocean, some face the mountain/pool. really nice private beach, stars seeing activities , golf court and great options for breakfast

it is quite a distance from the airport but definitely worth the travel

Great location in a beautiful setting close for exploring nature, but can add up $$$ with the extras

There are a lot of things to do both at the resort and in the area. The rooms were spacious and the food was interesting. The shower room in the Azalea suite that we received was super for washing off after being at the beach and having 2 little ones with us. The view from the room was beautiful! AC worked great and we were placed near enough the lobby to make breakfast easy enough to get to. Staff were so very wonderful! We had a few messes that we weren't able to clean ourselves and they came and helped us very quickly. They were all so sweet to our children.

The futon beds were extremely firm and all of the pillows were not very comfortable, so if you can bring your own, do so. While there are a ton of things to do at the resort, it does cost money for nearly everything. Only 2 of the 3 pools were included in our stay. I wish the package plan was available so we could have chosen and picked items in advance for a better deal, but it wasn't available right now. We tried both the Japanese breakfast and the Western style. I wish we would have been able to get more info about the Japanese breakfast as foreigners just so we could understand. We tried to ask and read the available directions, but it would have been kind of cool to learn a bit about the culture and food a little, even just a small brochure. The Western breakfast was much lighter and the eggs were cooked in such a way that was underdone. I would advise you to ask and be specific in your request of how you want your eggs cooked.

They nickle and dime you for everything. For paying such a hefty price for a room you would expect to get more out of it. And the things they want you to pay for are outrageously overpriced. 65,000 yen per person for a buffet. Yeah no way

i didn’t like anything

extremely expensive nothing in the area to go and explore or dine somewhere else except that trap of resort restaurant they force you to park your car and either walk long distance to your room or restaurants or rent a wagon for $12 per hour total rip off!

Great beach - Chinese restaurant was very good

Very very outdated - none of the staff we spoke to had any level of English - and including check in staff - they also charge for everything - pool / gym / parking / if you miss place room key you also get charged

Very Good

The resort was lovely. We really enjoyed spending time at the beach side pool, great that babies are allowed to enjoy the pool too! The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious The balcony bath was really special, and the room was huge! We were able to have a crib in the room and borrow a pushchair which was really lovely.

The room was a little bit dated (lamps really need replacing). The resort is pretty far from anything (restaurants etc.) and the hotel restaurants are pretty pricey.

We were sad that the pools and beach weren’t open as it had been the reason for us booking our stay here.

Friendly staff. Speaks English decently. American style breakfast is ok. Pool is great. We loved their shaved ice. The extra events such as the water course, put put, and other classes were over priced.

Great location, ideal for golf enthusiasts and young families alike. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with plenty to enjoy! We had the room with a spa.

Everything at the resort comes with an additional fee, except for the bus service. If you're planning to visit, be prepared for extra costs for the facilities. Also, it's worth noting that you can't access the pool if you've been drinking.
